OAK Youth Enterprise Incubator Project (YEIP) and Migrant Reintegration is one of OAK foundation's flagship project contributing to the socio-economic reintegration of 200 returned migrants, and unemployed youth into their communities.
The project is made up of two cohorts; the agribusiness cohort and the vocation cohort.

Beneficiaries within this sector receive training in poultry production and are supported with start-up kits that include personal protective equipment, structure construction, day-old chicks, poultry feed, set of medication. Beneficiaries also receive six months of mentoring & coaching, training in enterprise management, finance, sales, and marketing, etc.
Beneficiaries in this cohort receive training in pig production and support with start-up kits that include personal protective equipment, structure construction, pigs, pig feed, set of medication, and provision of water supply. Beneficiaries also receive six months of mentoring & coaching, training in enterprise management, finance, sales, and marketing, etc.
Beneficiaries in this cohort receive training in fish farming and are supported with start-up kits that include personal protective equipment, pond construction, 3000 fingerlings, and fish feed. Beneficiaries also receive six months of mentoring & coaching, training in enterprise management, finance, sales, and marketing, etc.
Beneficiaries within this cohort receive training in crop production and are supported with start-up kits that include personal protective equipment, farm inputs, irrigation setup, and a motorbike. Beneficiaries also receive six months of mentoring & coaching, training in enterprise management, finance, sales, and marketing, etc.
Beneficiaries within this cohort (sheep and goat) received training in livestock farming and support with start-up kits which include personal protective equipment, pen construction, breeding stock, and a set of medication. Beneficiaries also receive six months of mentoring & coaching, training in enterprise management, finance, sales, and marketing, etc.
Beneficiaries under the fashion cohort receive training in tailoring & dressmaking and are supported with a set of sewing tools & accessories, industrial sewing machines, industrial steam iron, mannequin, and fabrics. Beneficiaries also receive six months of mentoring & coaching, training in enterprise management, finance, sales, and marketing, etc.
Beneficiaries in the catering cohort receive training in baking and sugarcraft as well as culinary services and support with personal protective equipment, oven, industrial cooking stove, cylinder, industrial cake mixer, and industrial blender. Beneficiaries also receive six months of mentoring & coaching, training in enterprise management, finance, sales, and marketing, etc.
Beneficiaries under the beauty and cosmetology cohort receive training in makeup artistry and hairdressing. They are supported with makeup tools, and hairdressing equipment such ring light, make-up chair, professional hairdryer, and wash basin. Beneficiaries also receive six months of mentoring & coaching, training in enterprise management, finance, sales, and marketing, etc.
Beneficiaries in this category are supported with training in tiling, vulcanizing, welding, photography, carpentry, plumbing, electrical engineering, driving, and any other vocation of their choice. They receive startup kits to set up their own enterprise.
