The Kasei Women Farmers Corporative was formed in Ejura in the Ashanti Region for the women who were into Agriculture and Agribusiness. One of the core objectives was to provide support and educate them on modern farming practices.
The Women Corporative project involved the training of women in tractor operations and modern farm harvesting methods. Some women farmers that were supported include Rice farmers and Maize farmers. Other women were supported to learn vocations such as soap making, mushroom production and currently working on value addition to agricultural produce.View Next Program - Educational Projects
