Graduate-in-Agribusiness (GIA) is one of the flagship projects within the Youth in Agribusiness (YIA) programme that focuses on identifying young graduates particularly females and, supporting them with training and starter packs to set up enterprises within the horticulture value chain who are susceptible to irregular migration. OAK-GIA incubate graduates to become farmers who will serve as role models for their peers and demonstrate the viability of agriculture as a sustainable avenue of self-employment.
